As the selling agent, we purchased in the Horizon Peaks section of Great Sky, absolutely the best experience I have had as an agent – it was smooth, effortless, and all thanks to Camille, she is just awesome! Inspection repairs went smooth, closing was smooth. Fantastic all the way around, the builder is just the nicest person. My mother -in-law is like a little kid, she loves her home, the community and has made a few new friends already. Her closing was in May 08.

We love our home & neighbors in Great Sky. The scenery is breathtaking and all the homes are just beautiful It's the type of community and neighborhood we searched a long time to find. People are what make a community...and we've made lifetime friends with many of our neighbors. We have found; that most our neighbors, not only in our subdivision but around the the entire community, show a true concern for each other. We love living here @ Great Sky, it may well have been one of our best dicisions yet!

When my husband and I decided to move from California to Georgia we knew it wasn't going to be like moving from one town to another. We traveled to Georgia and found our dream home. We met with the builder and at that time were also introduced to the on-site agents from Telfair Brokers. They represented our builder. We ended buying there and had our beautiful house built. If we did not have the help from Telfair Brokers during the months that our house was being built our move would not have been so enjoyable. We were kept up to date at every stage during the building and both ladies would send us pictures of the progress being made. If we had questions, we'd send an email and we would either get a phone call or a quick email response. We highly recommend Telfair Brokers.

I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship of my new house and I enjoy it every day. Ann and Mike have been wonderful through the whole experience. Choosing a house and moving can be difficult at best and they made it happen seamlessly. They are wonderful people who care and want things to be done correctly and quickly.
